TCPCG Student Teaching & Internship Evaluations

The student teaching and internship experiences are pivotal components of Neag School of Education’s Teacher Education Program. We wish to take out the mystery to the process of how TCPCG teaching candidates are assessed. The evaluation form which is used may be dependent upon the field, semester, and year of the clinic/student teaching experience. As an applicant, student candidate, cooperating/clinic teacher, school/district supervisor, university supervisor, advisor, and other stakeholder, by clicking on the following links, you can access the model evaluation forms which are used throughout this program. All questions about the contents can be addressed by seminar leaders and/or advisors.

If you have any questions regarding these forms, please contact jamison.judd@uconn.edu

PLEASE NOTE: The forms provided below are models only and are not to be used for actual evaluation.
