TCPCG Student Teaching and Internship Evaluations

The student teaching and internship experiences are pivotal components of the Neag School of Education’s Teacher Education Program. We wish to take out the mystery regarding how TCPCG teaching candidates are assessed. The evaluation form that is used may be dependent upon the field, semester, and year of the clinic/student teaching experience. As an applicant, student candidate, cooperating/clinic teacher, school/district supervisor, university supervisor, advisor, and other stakeholder, you can access below a model evaluation form used throughout this program. All questions about the contents can be addressed by seminar leaders and/or advisors.

PLEASE NOTE: The form provided below is a model only and is not to be used for actual evaluation.

The university supervisor completes the evaluation form. Within one week after the due date, a PDF of the completed form will be distributed to the respective student, cooperating teacher, university supervisor, advisor, and the Teacher Education Office.

Internship (TCPCG)

The school internship supervisor completes the evaluation form. Within one week after the due date, a PDF of the completed form will be distributed to the respective student, school supervisor, seminar leader, advisor, and the Teacher Education Office.
