The Teacher Certification Program for College Graduates (TCPCG) is a part of the Neag School of Education. Students can choose either a hybrid in-person/online cohort, based at UConn Stamford, or fully in-person cohorts at UConn Hartford, UConn Waterbury, or UConn Avery Point. Graduates of the program earn Connecticut Teacher Certification and an MA in Curriculum and Instruction or Educational Psychology (Special Education students). TCPCG begins each summer and is a full-time program; no part-time options are available.
Before assembling application materials, prospective students should connect with the TCPCG staff at their desired campus:
- Avery Point: Megan Pichette
- Hartford: Christine Pearson
- Stamford: Ashanti Hall
- Waterbury: Ann Marie Shanahan
